LAYOUT
Designed and developed by Ranjit Nanda and Associates, the golf course can be truly termed "world class". With 5 Tees for every hole, and massive greens of the finest variety, playing golf here is an international experience. 100 year old banyan and tamarind trees forming boundaries on every hole, natural water bodies to steer away from, undulating rolling fairways make playing golf such a pleasure here. This is definately not a small town golf course, and can be compared with the best in India. 10 holes are ready for play, while 8 holes are under the planning stage. Upon completion, GBGC can be put on the world map as a top class golfing destination.

CHARGES
Booking System
A member may book a golf cart by either emailing or faxing the office a day earlier or marking the CART BOOKING REGISTER. The register will be at the clubhouse verandah. A NO SHOW after booking will be charged to the member.

Damages
Any damages to the cart post golf round will be charged to the concerned member. Member / Visitor to report any damage to the club staff post their rounds.

Members are requested not to allow caddys to sit in the cart or drive it. Members not obeying this will be fined Rs. 5,000/-.

Preferencial Allotment
The club reserves the right to allot the carts to any club guest or VIP on a preferential basis even if there being a pre-existing booking. On weekends & holidays, member booking a cart for 18 holes will get preference over a 10-hole round. Else, the principle of first come first served will decide the allotment.

SERVICE BOOKING
The Register maintained at the club house for this purpose will be discontinued.
Golfers can log in and book times 3 days in advance.
Eg. On Monday, one can book times for Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. On Tuesday, one can book times for Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, and so on.
Even Sunday bookings can be done in the same manner, if there is no block reservation for a tournament.
Every day, Club house will take a Printout at 5:00 p.m. of bookings for the next day.
The Printout will be handed over to the Starter, who will ensure golfers tee off as per bookings.

GOLF RULES

TEACHING STAFF
We have two full time professional golfers, also known as Pros, who help teach beginners the basics of the game, as well as fine tune the swings of regular players. Our membership programme includes basic coaching to help new members pick up the game quickly and start playing on the course. These Pros also help new members by explaining the rules and etiquettes of the game, as well as outfit them with proper equipment and dress regulations.
