About SWERA:
Social Work And Environment For Rural Advancement (SWERA Sansthan) Was Instituted In 1995 By A Group Of People Known As “Cultural Team”, For Awareness On Different Socio-Economic Issue In Shrinagar, Silora, And Arain Block Of Ajmer District. In Order To Extend The Services More Effectively, The Group Finally Decided To Get Itself Registered In State Authority’s Concern. It Got Finally Registered Under Rajasthan Society’s Registration Act 1958/28 Under Registration No. 54/AJM/ 1995 On 2ndDecember 1995. SWERA Is Also Registered Under Foreign Contribution Act 1976 Under Registration No. 125410032. Since Its Very Inception SWERA Identified “Health, Education, Natural Resource Management(NRM) &Women Empowerment Through Livelihood Development”.


Vision:
To Strengthen The Socio-Economic Status Of The Weaker Sections And To Empower Women And Pave Way For The Holistic Development Of Rural People In A Sustained Manner And To Bring Their Traditional Skills To The Surface For Greater Good .


Mission:
It Seeks To Develop The Rural Societies By Organizing Them Into Groups And Providing Necessary Inputs In The Area Of Education, Health, Management Of Natural Resources And Livelihood In The (Shrinagar, Silora, Arai, Bhinay and PisanganBlocks Of Ajmer District). There Are The Four Necessary Pillars For Healthy And Strong Prospective Society, Which Can Built Up A Strong Nation.
