SHILP is the Techno-Management festival of Department of Civil Engineering, IIT (BHU), Varanasi, conducted by its Civil Engineering Society.
It aims to create learning and innovative environment and simultaneously presenting you various abstruse work problems, which will compel you to squeeze all your knowledge and the same time enriching yourself with new skills. The festival would consist of events ranging from Case Studies, Paper Presentation to Management to Real life work problems. SHILP sets a stage for upcoming Civil Engineers like you, for enriching your present knowledge and providing you with plethora of events to choose from.
