Talent knows no boundaries. Talent knows no language. Talent knows no money. India is a store house of talent. With 1.2 billion populations, there is a galore of talent in our country. India might be a developing nation but then India’s got talent.
What we really lack is the means to tap these resources. So many skills go unnoticed. So many voices get unheard. So many artifacts get wasted. Why do we need to advertise for artists from different nook and corners of the world when there is absolutely no dearth of artists within our country?
We have various talent hunt shows for singers, dancers, martial arts but not many for models. We do have beauty pageants but don’t pageants in itself mean something grand and class apart?

Only those lasses get to be a part of it that have exceptional communication skills and polished personalities. Where do those women go who have as pretty bodies and as beautiful faces as those of super models but they lack is money to travel to the big cities and get exposure or education that hinders them to be a part of this profession.

Some people do not give a darn about it but some people have immense lust for talent and one of such men is Mr. Sultan Malik. Sultan is a young, 29 year old man who founded an organization with the name “Models Night” in 2013 that aims at giving girls next door an opportunity and a platform to rise and shine. Models Night treasures the youth and raw talent in our country and polishes it to be a gem. Mr. Malik believes, “If you are young and talented, it’s like you have wings. If you have it in you, use it in every which way possible. Don’t hoard it. Don’t dole it out like a miser.”

Models Night is a very successful venture for Mr. Malik where he has given opportunities to a lot of girls who did not have the resources to get into the limelight of glitter and glamour. He has provided to them with proper grooming and launched new faces into the industry by leaving no stone unturned. Jyoti Panwar, who handles the PR of Models Night, has been a constant support of Mr. Malik in this venture.
Navedita Foundation has acknowledged the efforts of Sultan and his passion and has also awarded Models Night with Humanity Achiever’s Award for two consecutive years in 2015 and 2016.
These models not only walk the ramp for fashion shows but also appear in advertisements. They also get promoted in electronic and print media. Saundarya Savi, Charu Sharma and Rose Alisha are a few women who are the epitome of talent and owe it to Models Night for giving them a platform that has completely changed their life. It has not only revamped their personalities and careers but also their life.

“Sultan Sir has given us immense support. He helped us tone our bodies at the gym and then got a teacher for us who taught us to be fluent in our spoken English. He also made us meet many makeup artists and hair stylists who gave us makeovers and completely changed our personalities. We not only feel good but also look good. From time to time, we go to parties and meet socialites. We feel one of them. There is no hesitation anymore. What felt impossible and a dream a few years back is now our living reality, “says Saundarya Savi.

Every month Models Night organizes a promotional night at Capitol Club in Delhi and a few more places in Chandigarh and Mumbai respectively. Models Night is also working on a calendar project. All these models shall get to travel to various cities and get them captured at exotic locations. The calendar is going to be both hot and sizzling dripping with glamour.

Models Night also has already worked with a number of esteemed celebrities. To name a few- Mahesh Bhatt, Vikram Bhatt, Syed Ahmad Afzal, Randeep Hooda, Ankit Tiwari, Ranvir Shorey, Upen Patel and Ajaz Khan.
