Massive Restaurants foray into the nightlife segment, MasalaBar aims to take beverage innovation to a whole new level, in a manner to almost commence a revolution within this genre. With an eclectic, well travelled & heeled audience for company, it is situated in one of the most prime and buzzing locations of Mumbai, offering a 270 degree view of the Arabian Sea. MasalaBar showcases a Mixological Evolution through its High Octane Laboratory experience, featuring bleeding edge, post modern techniques to create a Bar experience unlike any before. Part of this immersive experience are the magnifying lenses installed as part of the windows spread across an expansive, approx. 2500 sq. ft. space, which not just brings the majestic Sea closer but also elevates the overall experience, which is only accentuated by the fully candlelit interior space. The idea behind the concept was to create a distinctive, idiosyncratic, quirky and eccentric environment showcasing the entire brand concept, which also percolates down to its every aspect, from logo to brand design, warm interiors to the experience, view to it’s modernist laboratory styled signature beverage and tapas style contemporary food. While the entire branding concept has been design by Ankur Gupta and his creative team at www.4design.co.in, the incredible environment & ambiance of this high octane laboratory has been conceptualised and designed by Ayaz Basrai and his incredible team at www.jointhebusride.com in consultation with and continued inputs from Mr. Zorawar Kalra, Founder & Managing Director, Massive Restaurants Pvt. Ltd.
