Self Defense.
In Functional Fitness we mainly focus on the Strength, Endurance, Muscle Coordination, Flexibility and Mobility and Injury Prevention.
Our Self Defense programme based on the practicality and real life applicability. We have developed our Self Defense programme according to the real life situations and also because of the experience that we have in various Martial Arts. We have different Self Defense programmes for kids and women.
We also provide Diet Counselling.
