First Steps Pediatric Occupational Therapy Clinic is a clinic located in Dwarka, New Delhi. It is founded and owned by Dr. Kamia Narang, who is gold medalist in her field. We serve children from ages 0 months to 12 years. Dr. Kamia is a certified Sensory Integration therapist from University of Southern California, USA, and regularly attends continuing education courses and seminars to keep up with the newest techniques.

At First Steps, we believe that a child’s OT program is a collaborative effort initiated by the therapist and carried out beyond the OT sessions in the clinic, throughout the child’s daily life, and hence, we work closely in conjunction with the parents and families to achieve the best results.

We offer individual occupational therapy treatment sessions for a specific duration at an appropriate frequency based on each child’s need to help the child achieve his or her treatment goals. We also guide and educate parents or the primary caregivers to carry out the individualised home-based program. in addition, we offer specialised group programs which are designed to enhance a child’s individual care plan. Groups help children practice new skills in a group setting, facilitating increased confidence and fostering sustained progress.
