Chinnaswamy Naidu`s Family lived in the Dindigul area of Tamilnadu in the 1920`s and migrated to Hosur after independence. Chinnaswamy was a Chicken and food products trader who walked from village to village trading.As there was no road transport during those days he used to stay overnight in the different villages and learnt new recepies everyday. He gathered a huge number of recepies that were unique in taste and preparation and has been passed on through the generations. Suresh Babu Naidu is now recreating those forgotten receipes for this generation resulting in this restaurant.
