WHY THE NEED-
An empty nest syndrome is in reverse gear, growing over busy nuclear families, double wages earning, likes and dislikes, family environment are the factors assessing ,evaluation, planning,. identifying the needs of elders and thereby the care givers –A spouse ? Adult child ? Grand Children! Sibling! Friends! Sympathetic Neighbour? or a Band wagon of so called Lip service providers or an completely unrelated partly or fully trained or untrained yet dedicated to serve on full or part time, paid or unpaid care gives with a long term availability, or part time, serving with zeal and enthusiasm honestly serving the senior in need.
Providing basic training to teachers, Anganwadi workers, cancellers, ASHA workers or OUR YOUTH, SCHOOL COLLEGE STUDENTS/ NGO’S who really believe in social service HOUSE WIVES / PERSONS who want to do some positive meaning ful work truly for the society . AND HERE STARTS OUR CONCEPT OF BKL.
